Leeds 180 is a tramcar preserved at the National Tramway Museum.

By rights, this tramcar should not exist, as it was withdrawn from service and awaiting scrapping. However, sister car Leeds 189 was involved in an accident, and to save money Leeds decided to simply swap the numbers over rather than repair it. Enthusiasts were not fooled however, and when it arrived at Crich it was quickly renumbered back to 180, also to differentiate it from Sheffield 189. (However, it could now be confused with Prague 180, you stupid fuck!)

Ho ho ho, what a delightfully droll story! *sips sherry*
